Go to our search page if you are pretty sure of what you are looking for – there you can narrow your search results by choosing medium, subject, style, theme, price and color. All criteria can be used separately or in any combination.

What are my payment options?

What currency will my credit card be billed in?
Currently, we can accept payments in US dollars, British pounds and Euros. Please indicate the currency of your choice during the online purchasing process. Credit cards are billed in your country’s local currency, according to the relevant exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
 
When will my credit card be charged?
We make no compromise when it comes to integrity and customer relations. Your credit card will be charged only after your final approval of your order. When you submit your order, we ask you to provide your credit card details in order to reserve the selected artwork for you. Please note that due to the nature of artistic items, sometimes your desired artwork may be a part of an ongoing exhibition or show, and may not be immediately available for shipment. In some very rare cases, one- of- a -kind artworks might be damaged and therefore unavailable for sale. In any case, your credit card will be charged only after you are personally contacted by one of our customer service personnel and a final confirmation of the timing and availability of the artwork is made. This process usually takes no more than 48hrs. 
 
Will the purchase be subject to sales tax?
If you reside outside the State of Delaware, U.S, your purchase at ArtToGet.com will not be subject to sales tax.

Shipping, Delivery and Returns

How is the artwork shipped?
ArtToGet.com uses leading worldwide courier companies such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and other shippers, depending on your place of residence and on the size and type of the artwork purchased.
 
How is the artwork delivered?
Our artworks are packaged in strong, purpose-built packages designed to protect the works during shipping. You will also receive with your purchase our latest catalogue, a copy of the artist’s biography, our authentication endorsement and tips on how to take care of your artwork.
 
How much does shipping cost?
ArtToGet.com has negotiated the best available shipping prices with the express worldwide shipping companies that we use. These charges are calculated from your shipping address and the weight of the package to be delivered and also include packing and insurance. Most of our artworks are packed and shipped directly from the artists' studios and galleries, to give you the best value for your money. The total costs, including the price of the artwork and packaging and shipping costs, are subject to your final approval before any charges are made.
 
Can I have my purchase shipped to a location other than my home address?
Yes. We will ship your purchase to any address you specify when you order.
 
Is the artwork insured?

What if I experience problems with the shipping or delivery of my order?

When do I receive my order?
 
Within 48 hours we will confirm the availability of the artwork you have ordered and the time of shipping. As a rule, your purchase will be packed and available for shipment within 3 days and once it is shipped, it will usually be delivered to your doorstep within a few days. However, the work you have ordered may sometimes be part of an ongoing exhibition at the time of your order. In that case, we will let you know when the shipment will take place.
 
 Can I return the artwork after it is delivered?
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund, minus shipment related costs. We do ask that the artwork be carefully wrapped and returned in its original packaging and delivered by either UPS, DHL or FedEx. You are also required to include the original invoice information with the package. If you wish to return the artwork, please notify us immediately at customers@arttoget.com
 

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone at 877 703 7003 (US customers), +44 200 200 9223 (EU & worldwide customers) and our customer service representatives will guide you through your options, which include replacing the damaged work (in case of multiple editions), full refund or credit towards another purchase.
 
What if the work I receive is not the one I ordered?
In the unlikely event that this happens, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Make sure that the artwork is shipped in its original packaging, using UPS, DHL or Fedex. You are also required to include the original invoice information with the package.
 
Will my artwork be delivered with the frame?
In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, most of our artworks are shipped unframed unless the frame is considered as a part of the artwork.
